CCF Pty Ltd was founded by Josh McDermott, a licensed builder with over 20 years experience in all aspects of construction from multi story full concrete structures to domestic and civil type concrete projects. Our vision is to provide a quality and tailored service to North Qld delivering a range of concrete services including labour hire, slabs – suspended and on ground, various structural wall systems, off-form concrete, pools and driveways, along with the capability of delivering full structure packages to builders, developers, and civil contractors.

Our end goal is to provide a reliable, efficient and professional service to our clients. Delivering a quality product within allocated budgets and time restraints without ever compromising on safety, using both conventional and innovative formwork systems to achieve a quality finished product. Labour hire //

Our diverse and skilled labour force local to Far North Queensland are experienced and realisable. We offer a range of resources from labourers, carpenters, formworkers, concreters to steel fixers. We can also supply a workforce including plant and equipment, tooling and site vehicles suitable for the requirements of your project.

STRUCTURAL WALL AND PERMANENT FORMWORK SYSTEM //

Structural wall systems are faster to erect than traditional blockwork while offering a higher grade of strength. Systems including Ritek, AFS and Dincel can be hand-erected and then core-filled to form fire and sound-rated, load-bearing walls. The panel provides a smooth, high quality substrate for finishing including skim coating, acrylic rendering and painting.

POOLS, INCLUDING COMPLETE FINISHED PACKAGES //

As fully licensed builders we have the ability to deliver either the structural elements only, or a complete finished pool including deck, balustrade and roof structure. Whether in ground traditional type pool construction or out of ground, infinity edge and Off-Form finishes we have the experience and licensing to do it all.
